This policy explains what Web Development Nepal ("we", "us", "our") does with information collected through webdevelopmentnepal.com. It covers this website only. Work we do for clients is governed by the separate agreement for that project.

Information you give us. When you submit a contact, quote, consultation or newsletter form, we collect the details you enter: typically your name, email, phone, company and your message, plus where relevant project type, budget and timeline.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our hosting keeps standard technical logs (such as IP address, browser type and pages viewed) for security and reliability. We also collect privacy friendly, aggregate usage analytics that set no cookies, and only with your consent, additional analytics via Google Analytics or Tag Manager. We do not ask for sensitive personal data, and we do not process any payments on this website.

3. Cookies and analytics
We use the minimum cookies and storage needed to run the site and remember your preferences:
- Essential storage. We save your cookie choice (
wdn_consent) and small interface state in your browser. This is required for the site to work and is not used for tracking. - Privacy friendly analytics (always on). We use Vercel Web Analytics to count page views and measure performance in aggregate. It sets no cookies and does not identify you or track you across sites, so it runs without the consent banner.
- Google Analytics / Tag Manager (optional). These load only after you select "Accept" on the cookie banner. If you decline, no analytics cookies are set. You can change your mind anytime via "Cookie settings" in the footer.
4. How we share information
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with the service providers that help us run the site, each under their own terms:
- Formspree, which processes form submissions and delivers them to our inbox.
- Google Analytics / Tag Manager, for usage analytics, loaded only with your consent.
- Vercel, for website hosting, content delivery and privacy friendly aggregate web analytics.
We may also disclose information if required by law, or to protect our rights, safety and property.
5. How long we keep it
We keep enquiry and project information for as long as needed to respond to you and to maintain reasonable business and accounting records, then delete or anonymize it. Newsletter details are kept until you unsubscribe.
6. Your choices and rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information, object to certain uses, or withdraw consent (including for analytics) at any time. To make a request, email us using the details below. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter via the link in any email.
7. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. International processing
We are based in Nepal, and some of our providers operate elsewhere, so your information may be processed outside your country. Where that happens, we take reasonable steps to ensure it stays protected.
9. Children
