We are a Nepal-based web development and digital growth studio. This website is informational — it describes our services and lets you get in touch. It does not, by itself, form a contract for any project.
2. Quotes, pricing & payment
Prices and packages shown on this site are indicative. The final scope and price for any project are set out in a written quote you approve. We quote local projects in NPR and international projects in USD. Applicable taxes (for example 13% VAT in Nepal) are additional unless stated.
We do not process payments on this website. Invoices are paid by the methods agreed in your proposal — locally via eSewa, Khalti, Fonepay, ConnectIPS or cash-on-delivery; internationally via Khalti–Stripe payment links, Payoneer or Wise.
3. Your responsibilities
- Give us accurate information and the content, access and approvals a project needs.
- Respond to requests and review milestones in reasonable time.
- Make sure you own or are licensed to use any materials (text, images, logos) you provide to us.
4. Intellectual property
The website’s content — text, design, graphics and logos — belongs to us or our licensors and may not be reused without permission.
For client projects, ownership of the final deliverables transfers to you once we have received full payment, as detailed in your project agreement. You keep the rights to the materials you supply; we may retain rights to our own pre-existing tools, libraries and know-how, and may showcase completed work in our portfolio unless we agree otherwise in writing.
