Note: these Terms are a practical template tailored to this business. Please have them reviewed by a qualified legal professional before you rely on them. This is information, not legal advice.
These Terms govern your use of webdevelopmentnepal.com (the "website"), operated by Web Development Nepal ("we", "us", "our"). By using the website you agree to these Terms. Paid engagements are also governed by the separate written proposal or contract for that project, which prevails if anything conflicts.
1. Who we are and what this covers
We are a Nepal based web development and digital growth studio. This website is informational. It describes our services and lets you get in touch. It does not, by itself, form a contract for any project.
2. Quotes, pricing and payment
Prices and packages shown on this site are indicative. The final scope and price for any project are set out in a written quote you approve. We quote local projects in NPR and international projects in USD. Applicable taxes (for example 13% VAT in Nepal) are additional unless stated.
We do not process payments on this website. Invoices are paid by the methods agreed in your proposal: locally via eSewa, Khalti, Fonepay, ConnectIPS or cash on delivery; internationally via Stripe payment links, Payoneer or Wise.
3. Your responsibilities
- Give us accurate information and the content, access and approvals a project needs.
- Respond to requests and review milestones in reasonable time.
- Make sure you own or are licensed to use any materials (text, images, logos) you provide to us.
4. Intellectual property
The website's content, including text, design, graphics and logos, belongs to us or our licensors and may not be reused without permission.
For client projects, ownership of the final deliverables transfers to you once we have received full payment, as detailed in your project agreement. You keep the rights to the materials you supply. We may retain rights to our own existing tools, libraries and know how, and may showcase completed work in our portfolio unless we agree otherwise in writing.
5. Acceptable use
Do not use this website unlawfully or in a way that harms it or others, including attempting to breach security, scraping at scale, distributing malware, or infringing anyone's rights.
6. Third party services and links
This site uses and links to third party services (such as Formspree for forms, Google for analytics, and payment gateways referenced for client projects). We are not responsible for the content, policies or availability of third party services.
7. Disclaimers
The website is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error free, or that the information is complete or current. Content is general information, not professional advice for your specific situation.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of this website. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law. Liability arising from a paid project is governed by that project's agreement.
9. Termination
We may suspend or restrict access to the website if these Terms are breached or to protect the site and its users.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Nepal, and the courts of the Kathmandu Valley have jurisdiction over any dispute relating to the website.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will revise the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the website after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
